The Rector writes:
As our many friends will know, the Players of St. Peter's have, for many years, presented scenes from the old Mystery Plays at Christmas time. For our centenary year, we have selected some of the finest scenes from the four cycles and have asked Jock Longstaff once again to produce for us. He is a founder member of the Players and has been in every production (save one year - through illness) since their formation in 1946. He has written a short prologue giving the history of the Church and various interesting persons connected with it. We hope that you will once again find our Christmas play uplifting and a fitting climax to our centenary year.
